The prices listed on the product pages are VAT-exempt according to § 6 of the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (UStG) and include all other price components.
We deliver only within Germany and Austria.
In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat rate of 12.50 euros per order for delivery within Germany and 5.90 euros per order within Austria. The shipping costs will be clearly shown to you again in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.
For local pickup, payment upon collection is accepted. For pickups in Germany, an additional fee of 2 euros applies due to storage at our distributor. No further taxes or costs will be incurred.
No shipping costs apply to digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
